The Expensive Matcha

Ingredients:

1 teaspoon ceremonial-grade matcha

2 ounces hot water (not boiling)

6 ounces steamed almond or oat milk

1 teaspoon honey or maple syrup (optional)

½ teaspoon vanilla extract (optional, gives café-level vibes)

Pinch of Capra Goat Milk Mineral Whey (optional flex)

Instructions

  1. Whisk matcha with hot water until smooth and frothy. Use a bamboo whisk if you’re feeling aesthetic (and let’s be honest, when are we not?).
  2. Warm and froth your milk of choice.
  3. Pour the matcha into your favorite oversized mug, then top with milk.
  4. Sweeten with honey or maple syrup if you like. Add collagen or adaptogens if you’re extra (we are).
  5. Sip slowly, pretending your kitchen is a coffee shop in Tokyo.
