The Expensive Matcha
For the mornings when your latte deserves an upgrade.

Time: 5 minutes
Ingredients:
1 teaspoon ceremonial-grade matcha
2 ounces hot water (not boiling)
6 ounces steamed almond or oat milk
1 teaspoon honey or maple syrup (optional)
½ teaspoon vanilla extract (optional, gives café-level vibes)
Pinch of Capra Goat Milk Mineral Whey (optional flex)

Instructions
Whisk matcha with hot water until smooth and frothy. Use a bamboo whisk if you’re feeling aesthetic (and let’s be honest, when are we not?).
Warm and froth your milk of choice.
