5 Things Worth the Hype
According to the Forza It Girls
by Forza Digital

The internet has plenty of opinions, and lately, a lot of them are starting to sound the same. Your favorite influencers who used to have a real range of recommendations are suddenly sharing the same products, booking the same treatments, taking the same supplements, and somehow every suggestion comes with an affiliate code.
We are more interested in what is coming up inside the Forza community. The things cool women we actually know are rebooking, rebuying, listening to, wearing, and telling each other about after class. Usually, if something keeps getting mentioned here, there is a reason.
Right now, these are the things we are paying attention to.
Microneedling Is That Girl
Microneedling is not new, but it does feel like it has recently risen in the collective consciousness. It is not a super-fast fix, and it usually takes multiple sessions before you start seeing visible results, but after hearing that the same treatment was happening on some of our glowiest friends, we took the bait. Turns out, it actually works.
When done correctly, microneedling helps support collagen production and can improve the look of texture, tone, and overall skin quality. It is definitely not about looking dramatically different. It is more about your skin looking healthier, smoother, and a little more radiant in the way that makes people ask what you have been doing without being able to pinpoint it.
We especially love it paired with PRP or PDRN. Regenerative skin care has officially moved from “Wait, what is that?” to “Where did you go, and who did you book with?”
The Oura Ring Renaissance
Yes, Oura rings have been around for a while, but we are still very into them. So are a lot of people in the studio, which is usually how we know something has moved from internet wellness object to actually useful. The appeal is pretty simple. It gives you information you can use without making tracking your data your entire personality. I mean, probably…
Sleep, recovery, readiness, cycle insights, and all the small things that explain why one day you feel normal, and the next day you need to wipe out your entire schedule.
We love a conscious girlie who prioritizes health, knows when to rest, and understands that recovery is not laziness. We also love any chance to upgrade our jewelry, which is why we have our eye on a very special Oura jacket drop coming soon. Wellness is much easier to stick with when it does not ruin the outfit.

Hydration Before Coffee, Unfortunately
There comes a point when coffee cannot be the first thing your body receives in the morning. We hate that this is true, but it is, in fact, true.
The current morning ritual is about getting something useful in before caffeine, emails, and whatever mood the day decides to have. NMN powder, AminoLean, Magna electrolytes, and creatine have all made their way into the rotation because they feel easy enough to actually do and useful enough to keep doing.
It is not about creating a 12-step morning routine that requires waking up at 5 a.m. and becoming a different person. It is a glass of something that supports hydration, energy, and muscle function before the latte enters the bloodstream
Hydrated, energized, and then caffeinated feels like a reasonable order of operations.
Obviously, Pilates
We are doing the workouts, and not just for the fit check, although the fit check is not irrelevant and we are not going to pretend it is.
This is your reminder that the small classes count. Jumping into the Disco Sweat Summer Challenge counts. Taking a 15-minute Digital class on a day you do not have time for anything longer counts. It may not feel like a huge thing in the moment, but those short workouts start to stack up fast when you zoom out over a month, a season, or a year.
That is really the point. You do not have to overhaul your entire life for movement to work. You just have to keep finding small ways to come back to it. A full class when you can, a quick class when you cannot, a challenge when you need something to lock into. It all adds up.
Because Smart Is Hot
Being well-read is hot. Being able to talk about something other than what everyone is mad about online is also hot. Audiobooks make this easier, especially if you are listening while walking, cleaning, driving, getting ready, or doing the 47 other things required to keep a life running.
The right book can change the way you think about your habits, your money, your creativity, your relationships, and your own brain. Not every listen has to be productive, but it is nice when something leaves you a little sharper than it found you.
On the current Forza listening list:
Are You Mad At Me? by Meg JosephsonFor anyone who has ever confused being perceptive with being responsible for everyone else’s mood. Josephson writes about people-pleasing, anxiety, boundaries, and the very specific spiral of wondering whether someone is secretly upset with you.
Why Has Nobody Told Me This Before? by Dr. Julie SmithA practical mental health book that feels useful without being overly clinical. It covers emotional regulation, stress, self-doubt, low mood, motivation, and the tools that make being a person feel slightly less impossible.
The Psychology of Money by Morgan HouselNot a budgeting book, thankfully. Housel writes about the emotional side of money: risk, ego, wealth, timing, behavior, and why people make financial decisions that do not always make sense on paper.
The Creative Act by Rick RubinFor anyone who makes things, wants to make things, or wants to stop making the process harder than it needs to be. It is about attention, taste, openness, discipline, and creativity as a way of moving through the world.
Thinking, Fast and Slow by Daniel KahnemanA classic for understanding how the brain makes decisions. Kahneman breaks down the fast, instinctive system and the slower, more analytical one, which is helpful if you have ever wondered why you can be smart and still make a completely chaotic choice.
For now, this is where our attention is going. Skin that looks better over time. Recovery, we can actually understand. Hydration before coffee, against our wishes. Workouts that stack up. Books that make a walk feel like it counted for something.
The internet can keep its 4,000 opinions. We will take the recommendation from the Forza girl who already tried it and has notes.
