Lunch recipe: Tomato soup + chickpeas & bread
Ingredients (serves 2)
Handful of cherry tomatoes
Red pepper
2 cloves of garlic
1 can of roasted and chopped tomatoes
1 can of chickpeas
1 tbsp of greek yogurt or sour cream
Fresh or dry basil
2 slices of sourdough
Directions
Bake tomatoes, garlic + pepper. Blend with canned tomatoes/tomato soup. Add seasoning + heat it back up. Done!
