The Forza 360 Protein Smoothie
Energizing, filling, and pretty much perfect.

Snack recipe: Energizing protein smoothie
⅓ cup fresh or frozen strawberries
½ cup frozen banana
1/2 cup oat milk
1 tsp matcha powder
Handful of baby spinach (optional)
1 serving of protein powder (optional, plain or vanilla flavor are great options)
Handful of ice + ½ cup of water
Garnish: Greek yogurt
Mash strawberries with the back of your fork.
Add oat milk, matcha powder, baby spinach (if using), frozen banana, protein powder, water + ice.
Blend on high until smooth.
Add some of the mashed strawberries into a tall glass followed by some Greek yogurt to coat the glass, then add half of the matcha smoothie. Layer the two until all is used. This can be one large glass or divided into two glasses.
Garnish with a strawberry and enjoy with a straw to mix the two layers.
