Winter Turmeric Chai
Ingredients
1/3 cup oats (40g)
1/3 cup oat milk
2/3 cup water
1/2 sliced banana
1 tsp cinnamon
½ tsp cardamom
½ tsp turmeric powder
½ tsp dry ginger
½ scoop vanilla protein powder
1 tsp cashew butter
A few almonds
Directions
Put the oats, sliced banana, and liquids into a pot and cover with the lid. Put on medium heat until boiling. Then, remove the lid, stir and keep simmering until desired consistency is achieved. Insert all the spices and protein powder. Pour into a bowl and top with your fave toppings.
